	Welcome to our Madrid Puerta del Sol accommodation. These apartments are all located within our own refurbished building. With an apartment in this building you will be situated in one of the most exciting locations in Madrid. You can see down calle Atocha into Plaza Mayor, just 2 minutes walk away, or continue the other direction and you are 3 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol or Plaza Santa Ana.
	Our modern and fully self-contained apartments have large queensize beds, spacious living areas and lots of natural light. Within this building our apartments comfortably sleep from two to five people in each, with potential for extras on request.
	Relax in designer decoration with all the modern facilities including fully equipped kitchens and newly renovated bathrooms. We can offer special rates for weeks and months as well.

Location & Transportation

This old town area of Madrid is alive with markets, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and traditional culture. You have walking access to the Teatro Real, Palacio Real, Teatro Español and even the famous Prado Museum is short walk through Cortes from the apartments.
Directions	Take a Taxi directly to Calle Atocha no. 14. (A very well known address!!) or walk up Calle Carretas from Puerta Del Sol, cross the plaza and you will see our building at No. 14 C/ Atocha.
Transportation	SOL metro. 4 metro stops from Madrid Atocha Railway Station.
Airport	MAD Barajas (15km)

Almendro 13	Well hidden in the back streets of La Latina, Almendro 13 is well worth looking for, serving excellent traditional Castilian tapas in social surroundings once frequented by a string of famous Spanish writers and poets. The Bocadillos are excellent.
Cerveseria Alemana	This is great traditional location to get into a very typical menu of tapas and raciones while enjoying a caÃ±a (tap beer) or two. It's one of the oldest bars in Plaza Santa Ana, right next to the Teatro EspaÃ±ol.
Museo De Jamon	This place is the one stop shop for getting the traditional Spanish Ham (Jamon) experience. It's cheap and fast and the selection of quality Spanish products is endless. Stop for a quick Jamon snack, some tapas and a beer at the bar or take a table
Taberna Los Heuvos De Lucio	Los Huevos de Lucio is one of La Latina's worst kept secrets, serving an array of Traditional Castilian tapas until late every night. Try the 'Huevos Estrellados' and go the extra mile with added Jamon. Standing or sitting, the eating is great!

	Rate details: Rates vary depending on season and size of apartment requested
	Available Discounts: We discount for weekly and monthly rentals on a case by case basis.
	Credit cards: Not accepted on location
	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) All payments will be settled in cash on arrival before the keys are handed over. There is a 200€ security deposit and credit card signature that will be returned at check-out. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one night penalty charge. Payments before arrival can be arranged via paypal or all major credit cards. Commissions may apply.
